Shipping Policy

1. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your gear hits the road.

If we’re in the middle of a limited drop or special release, allow up to one extra business day — we move fast, but never rush quality.

U.S. federal holidays do not count as business days.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — PEDAL HARD™ ships to North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico), Europe (U.K. & E.U.), and Japan.

We’re expanding soon to new regions as our community grows worldwide.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


3. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or limited-edition drops are final sale unless defective. See the full Return Policy → for complete details.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

PEDAL HARD™ does not cover return postage, customs fees, or import duties on returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process any eligible refund to your original payment method.

We’re a small brand built on quality and integrity — returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only.

 

4. Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes — as long as it’s in stock. Email support@pedalhard.net with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for. If it’s sold out, we’ll refund you instead.

 

5. Are your hats true to size?

All fitted hats (like our New Era 59FIFTY line), please see size chart here: New Era Size Chart

Snapbacks and truckers are adjustable and fit most head sizes comfortably.


6. Do you restock sold-out limited drops?

Usually no — once a drop is gone, it’s gone. Each production run is limited to preserve authenticity and collectibility. However, some flagship colors may return in future capsule releases. Customers are responsible for the all costs of return shipping.

 

7. How do I care for my hat?

Spot clean with a damp cloth — never machine wash or submerge. Avoid leaving it in direct heat or sunlight for extended periods. Respect your gear and it’ll outlast your grind. Please see care tag for all headwear, clothing, and/or garments.


8. How do I contact customer support?

Email us at support@pedalhard.net — we answer within 24 hours, usually faster. For business or wholesale inquiries, include “Wholesale” in your subject line.
