Our Promise

We stand behind every piece we produce. Each drop is built for riders who live hard, move fast, and respect the details. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — no sweat, no wear, no marks.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

Limited-edition or custom products (such as embroidered hats or patches) are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@pedalhard.net with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping details.

3. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping) to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the all costs of return shipping.

PEDAL HARD™ does not cover return postage, customs fees, or import duties or taxes on returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

PEDAL HARD™ reserves the right to deny returns that show wear or damage beyond manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? Just include your exchange preference in your return email.

If the item is in stock, we’ll ship your replacement once the return is received.

If it’s sold out, we’ll refund you right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@pedalhard.net with photos and a short description.

We’ll send a replacement or refund as soon as possible — no hassles, no delays.

Final Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Stickers, patches, and accessories are also final sale.
